If someone can figure that out please let the rest of us know.. people do some of the most questionable things.

The animal shelter attendant was telling me recently that a guy came in to look for a dog to adopt. He told her he'd just been to the pet store and could't imagine paying $250 for a dog they'd just get tired of so he was looking at the free ones.
WTF?
